Not resolved

I ordered a wig and knew it would probably take a while but then I received an email saying my wig was at my local post office and that I should go and pick it up. No wig there and anytime I email them to inquire they just write back: "Thank you for your order. Your item has arrived at your local post office." I checked what address they said they sent it to and it was the right one but there is no wig there at all.

A loss of over $90 - never going to get that money back.
