Wigshow - WIG SHOW
ordered a wig thinking I was ordering from a UK firm and item was in stock and would arrive in a few days. Then received a email in pigeon English stating it would be 2 weeks as item was handmade to order and my patience - first I heard of this and would never have done had I known. Weeks went by and I contacted paypal then item arrived with no invoice or anything with something that looked like a gad mans toupee totally different to the item I ordered and a colour which I cant only describe as mud in a nylon fibre that brought my skin out in a horrible red rash. I changed my demand to a refund on paypal and I am hoping they will respond,
Since all this I have made repeated responses to email sent asking for their address but getting *** replies from people with names like Kitty, Kandy and Jason asking me for photos which I feel is just taking the ++++.and have again asked for a address to send it back. Now got another email telling me they will offer me 10% to me and I can keep goods and it would be too expensive for me to return item - which shows it is not from the UK! I know my rights as a consumer 1) there was no invoice which is illegal in the UK 2) no address of sender again illegal 3) under the state of goods act I can change my mind within 14 days if item is unsuitable
4) All items should have a return form included
5) They knowingly sold an item stating it was from the UK not some sweat shop in Hong Kong or China
6) customers have the right to return items with no questions asked in original packing
