DO NOT BUY ANY WIGS FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER! SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THESE FILTHY SCAMMERS! THEY ARE RUDE, CLAIM TO BE IN THE UK BUT NONE OF THEM CAN CONSTRUCT A SINGLE ENGLISH SENTENCE. I SPOKE TO 3 OF THEM VIA EMAIL AND LIVE CHAT AND THEY KEEP COPYING AND PASTING THE SAME MESSAGE. Cindy: Hi Judy. I am getting really frustrated with your company. I ordered a wig and I still haven't received it and I was promised by a person called Jerry that i will receive it by Monday. Another rude person called Yolanda emailed me to tell me it takes 7-10 to get the wig but today is day 31 and i still haven't received my wig.

Judy: Hold on please , let me check it for you !

Judy: Sorry to tell you that we still not dispatch your order yet .

Judy: We will contact our factory about the update of your order status

Judy: Could you please tell me when will you need the order ?I will tell the factory do their best to deliver your order in advance

Cindy: Judy please cancel my order and give me my money back, you've been contacting this so called "factory" of yours since last week Thursday. I can clearly see that this message has been copied and pasted as the Jerry I spoke to last week sent me the same message. Please do me a favour, just cancel the order and give me my money back.

Cindy: Why does your company say it is based in the UK or it is a UK company when it's based in China and is a chinese company?

Cindy: But the receipt I got from Paypal indicated that I paid someone in China. I filed a complaint on PayPal and they said the company is based in China not the UK. If you check pissedconsumer.com it states that your company is in China and we are not dealing with anyone in the UK.

Judy: Yes, that is the paypal account of our colleagues who Chinese

I WILL GET MY MONEY JUDY, YOLANDA AND JERRY. YOU ARE MESSING WITH THE WRONG WOMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 mins later they have deactivated their email account:

BUT THEIR PRIMITIVE CHINESE BRAIN DID NOT KNOW THAT I CONTACTED THEM ONLINE FROM MY OTHER EMAIL AND when THEY REPLIED I traced THEIR NEW EMAIL address but BEWARE THEYยดll CHANGE THEM AGAIN IN A MONTH TIME...

Iยดll complain in UK that they do not pay a penny for taxes nor do they in China

I had a similar experience with wigshow as Cinds review number 331108, send 14 emails and receiving 16 plus an on-line chat and in all this cross talk I didn't get answers to direct questions, you only need to read a few emails to realise that you are not dealing with a UK firm, thanks to reading web sites like this I contacted Pay Pal and opened a case before the 45 day dead line, Pay Pal took on the case, I found out to day case upheld so should get my money. This has learned a lot from this never buy from wed site that does not supply Phone number, address, and an email address that looks like it belongs to a business
